1. About us
Pantaleo Aesthetic Clinic is a trading name of Medical and Dental Limited (CQC Provider ID 1-20629579981), with clinics at 20 Old Brompton Road, London SW7 3DL and 5 Ave Maria Lane, London EC4M 7AQ. All injectable treatments are carried out by, or under the direct supervision of, practitioners registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) or General Medical Council (GMC).
2. Consultation
- Every new patient must attend a face-to-face consultation before any treatment. Consultations are complimentary and carry no obligation to proceed.
- A full medical history is taken. You must disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and previous aesthetic treatments. Withholding information may make treatment unsafe and may void any guarantee or refund.
- Prescription-only medicines (including botulinum toxin) can only be prescribed following assessment by a registered prescriber. We may decline to treat you if, in our clinical judgement, treatment is not appropriate.
- We reserve the right to decline treatment to any person, including where expectations are unrealistic, where there are signs of body dysmorphia, or where there is any doubt about capacity to consent.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to receive any treatment. We may ask for photographic ID. We do not treat patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding with injectables.
4. Bookings, deposits and payment
- Bookings may be made online, by phone or in clinic. Online booking requests are confirmed by email or phone; a request is not confirmed until you receive our confirmation.
- For certain treatments or appointment lengths we may ask for a deposit of up to £50 to secure your appointment. Deposits are deducted from the cost of treatment.
- Prices shown on our website and price list are inclusive of VAT where applicable and are correct at the time of publication. The price confirmed at your consultation applies. Payment is due in full on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
- Promotional prices are subject to the separate Offer Terms.
5. Cancellations, rescheduling and lateness
- Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. You may do so by phone or email.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, may result in the loss of any deposit paid and a cancellation fee of up to £50 before a further appointment is booked.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or rebook your appointment to avoid disrupting other patients.
- If we have to cancel, we will offer you the earliest alternative appointment and refund any deposit in full if you prefer not to rebook.
6. Treatment results and reviews
- Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures and results vary between individuals. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome or duration of effect.
- Anti-wrinkle treatment is reviewed at 2–3 weeks. Where clinically appropriate, a complimentary top-up may be offered at review if the full treated area has not responded; this does not apply to additional or untreated areas, or to requests for a stronger result than was agreed.
- Filler, skin booster, Profhilo, Jalupro and PRP results may require a course of treatment; the recommended course and interval will be explained at consultation.
- Any concerns should be raised with the clinic within 14 days of treatment so they can be assessed promptly.
7. Refunds
Because treatment is a clinical service that has been delivered, fees are not refundable once treatment has taken place. Pre-paid courses that are not completed are refundable for the unused sessions at the price paid, less the full (non-discounted) value of any sessions already received. Products purchased in clinic can be returned unopened within 14 days.
8. Aftercare and your responsibilities
You will be given written aftercare advice. Following it is essential to your safety and results. You should contact us immediately — at any hour — if you experience unusual pain, blanching or mottling of the skin, changes in vision, or any other concerning symptom after treatment.
9. Conduct
We are committed to a safe environment for patients and staff. Abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour will result in treatment being refused and the relationship being ended.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for any loss arising from your failure to disclose relevant medical information or to follow aftercare advice. Our practitioners hold appropriate medical indemnity insurance.

If something has gone wrong we want to know. Our Complaints Procedure explains how to raise a concern and how we will respond.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force on the date of your booking applies.
