We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In particular the site:
- Can be navigated using a keyboard alone, with visible focus states.
- Uses semantic headings, landmarks and descriptive link text for screen readers.
- Provides text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Maintains colour contrast at or above AA on body text and controls.
- Respects your operating-system preference for reduced motion.
- Reflows to small screens and up to 400% zoom without loss of content.
Known limitations: some older before-and-after images may have generic alternative text, and third-party booking and map embeds are outside our direct control. We are working through these.
2. Our clinics
- South Kensington (20 Old Brompton Road, London SW7 3DL) — ground-floor reception; please call ahead if you use a wheelchair so we can confirm step-free access to the treatment room you will be using.
- City of London (5 Ave Maria Lane, London EC4M 7AQ) — lift access is available; please let us know in advance so we can allocate an accessible room.
- Longer appointment times, a quiet waiting area, large-print or emailed consent forms, and the presence of a companion can all be arranged on request.
- Assistance dogs are welcome.
