Pantaleo is expanding. After establishing a loyal following at our South Kensington clinic, we are opening a second home in the City of London in July 2026. The space at 5 Ave Maria Lane — a quiet, characterful street tucked just behind St Paul's Cathedral — is currently being fitted out to the same exacting standard our patients have come to expect. We are doing the final touches now: the treatment rooms, the lighting, the considered details that make a clinic feel calm rather than clinical.

Why the City of London?

The City moves quickly, and the people who work here rarely have hours to spare. That is precisely why we chose it. Our EC4 clinic is built around the reality of a busy professional life — appointments you can slot into a lunch break, an early start before the desk, or the window between meetings. With opening hours from 8am to 8pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 4pm on Fridays, looking after yourself no longer means rearranging your week.

The location could hardly be more convenient. Ave Maria Lane sits within easy reach of St Paul's, City Thameslink, Blackfriars and Mansion House stations, so whether you commute in from the suburbs or work in one of the surrounding towers, you are only a short walk away. It is the kind of discreet, central setting that makes treatment feel like a natural part of your routine rather than an event.
